Mongolia’s electronic visa system enables tourists from eligible countries to apply for a visa completely online, which is great news for UAE-based travelers planning a trip to Ulaanbaatar or the vast steppes of Mongolia. You no longer need to send your passport to an embassy; instead, you apply via the official eVisa website by providing the required documents (such as a passport scan and a digital photo)​.Currently, citizens of 98 countries are eligible to use this eVisa platform​.

  • Eligible Nationalities: A wide range of nationalities can use the eVisa (including Indians, Pakistanis, Filipinos, Egyptians, and most European and American countries). Yes, it’s highly recommended to print out the eVisa approval. Mongolian immigration will want to see the document. A digital copy on your phone is good to have as backup, but a printed copy is ideal

You should enter within the validity period of the eVisa (within 150 days of issuance)

Currently, tourist eVisas are single-entry. If you plan to visit a neighboring country and come back to Mongolia, you would need a new visa or a different visa type. Plan your itinerary accordingly .
